• Eligibility: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and undamaged, with all original packaging intact.
• Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
• Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are not eligible for return, such as custom-made orders or final sale items. Please check product descriptions before making a purchase.

2. Exchanges

• Product Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different color or style, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item at no additional cost, or provide a full refund if a replacement is unavailable.

3. Refunds

Refunds are processed under the following conditions:

• Return Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part (such as an incorrect or defective item).

4. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of returning items, except in cases where the item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery back to us.

5. Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, we may have already begun processing your order, and it may not be eligible for cancellation. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order.
